Our experience with Core Collision was excellent. Blake was very professional and pleasant to work with as well as Lettie, she works the front desk. They both went above and beyond to exceed or expectations. They handled the insurance and car rental with ease so we didn't have to deal with any of that. I would highly recommend Core Collision to everyone.They do excellent work.

Can't give a 10 yet, as much as I'd like too, but there are some minor details and paint corrections that need to be addressed. Blake and the gang have been very pleasant to work with and hopefully soon after the fixes, everything will be a 10 in my book. Good luck and I hope the other customers feel the same way I do!

The service and overall experience I had with my car at Core collision was excellent. From the moment I came to them the degree of professionalism was one that I have not experienced in my 50 years of dealing with collision repair services. I had Blake as the person who managed my repair. He looked at the vehicle and thoroughly explained the repair process. .He kept me constantly informed of the progress of the repair by text and a link to their site which the status of the repair was posted and updated as needed. A completion dated was given and updated in my case due to parts availability. I have a Lexus and to be blunt I had better collision service than I did with Core than with Lexus. The car looked like new when they finished. Moreover, it looked like they detailed it before I picked it up. I was highly impressed with Core Collision, and Blake my service manager was excellent. This shop is great - they had estimates and parts ordered before I even had a chance to drop off the keys. Communication, especially with Blake, was outstanding. Technicians know exactly how to bring a vehicle back to pre-loss condition without additional delays or unnecessary work. Completed vehicle ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise.
