Everything was almost great, except that the repairs were completed before the insurance approval, which left me responsible for the cost difference. Additionally, the vehicle was returned, and within a day, a check engine light came on. I brought it back to have it checked, and it was returned to me with notes stating that nothing was wrong. Later, I paid over $300 elsewhere to discover that one of the turbo pipes was not properly connected and was missing an O-ring — the cause of the check engine light. This issue was directly related to the repairs and had simply been overlooked. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, especially thanks to Jon, who was very communicative throughout the process. I understand that mistakes can happen — unfortunately, in this case, they ended up costing me additional money.
