I didn’t have ride 2 different times. Brittany was kind & brought me home. Then on the day my car was ready I didn’t have a ride to the shop. Brittany picked me up & brought me to the shop. The car was ready. I live less than 2 miles from the shop still , they did not have to do that . It was excellent service

Corzav's Collision crew did a great job communicating with me through the process with text messages about my car. They kept me in the loop everyday and I was greatful for that information. When I picked up my car it was not only repaired as expected but they washed the exterior and cleaned the interior of the car. The service there was superb. The hospitality was superb. The front desk lady( I forgot her name) was superb. The young man that inspected my car for repairs was superb. Everything about Corzav's collision was perfect and I have no complaints. We know that being in a difficult position of having your automobile damaged can be a hassle but Corzav's Collision can make the process easier by understanding the customer needs with satisfaction and urgency. Thank you all for a job well done and much success to you all.

Thanks! She looks much better than when she came in. Even tightened up my front end from a faulty previous repair. You only missed one spot scratch on the mirror, but it's cool. I will be returning for future repairs. Time will tell! Again thanks one satisfied customer.
