There was a cut on the back bumper .That was not there before I took it in but have no proof. I did not check the car after it was repaired. They never even walked around the car with me when I picked it up. Midcity always did after they repaired and they explained what they did.

Times were difficult for me to pick up my vehicle. Suggestions: move vehicles to dealer lot for a Saturday pick up for clients. They can pay and pick up easier.
