Mid City Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been in business in Newark Ohio since the 1970's. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. My only problem is the price. I don't understand how it could possibly be over $4000 to replace a hood, a windshield, and buff out a Fender. The estimate was a little over 3000 which I thought was a little high. But then the final bill ended up a little over four thousand.

Front bumper cover is sticking out on both sides. Also paid extra to have the rear bumper cover adjusted and they only adjusted one side. They did say I could bring it back and they would make the adjustment to the passenger side for no additional cost. In fairness to them I haven’t told them about my dissatisfaction on the front fender alignment. Will tell them when I go back to have the rear bumper adjusted.

Everything seems to be exactly as it should be. The car was washed before I picked it up and was ready to go. There was no waiting around when I picked it up which made it easy. Thanks for a job well done.
