Very good, however I gave it a 9/10 because we received alerts on our BMW which didn’t happen when we had it at achbaugh body shop before. In addition, when our BMW was returned the drivers side handle was missing a cover. There was also compound left on the rear left of the BMW.

If you have a land rover, I would trust them implicitly since they are certified. If i had another vehicle, I'd most likely go somewhere more local to columbus

The repair, itself was great. Although accidental, I ended up with a cracked tail light (which will be replaced) and a scuff on a wheel, which wasn't there previously

My car was in the shop for approximately 3+ months. I haven't driven it since it was returned to me because of the weather

The vehicle is not totally repaired. I've call several times to notify the repair center but, can't get through and haven't received a return call as yet. Realize how busy the center is but, can't totally complete the survey until issues resolved.
