K-ceps did a better job than I ever imagine. They were able to perfectly color match the beak on my 2017 Acura NSX to a very difficult exclusive color for my car. Super happy!

Very good, however I gave it a 9/10 because we received alerts on our BMW which didn’t happen when we had it at achbaugh body shop before. In addition, when our BMW was returned the drivers side handle was missing a cover. There was also compound left on the rear left of the BMW.

If you have a land rover, I would trust them implicitly since they are certified. If i had another vehicle, I'd most likely go somewhere more local to columbus

The vehicle is not totally repaired. I've call several times to notify the repair center but, can't get through and haven't received a return call as yet. Realize how busy the center is but, can't totally complete the survey until issues resolved.

Repairs were completed excellently, just took longer to complete (3.5+ weeks) than anticipated. K-CEPs did a good job keeping me informed of status.
