Bait and switch, with no contact with someone with authority to speak too, with the owner indefinitely out when need to talking with them. Had a AAA call for my wife’s car towed a hour and half away to your shop with the promise it’s would be under $2500 when agreed to. Then have immense amount of mark up on different reasonings with paint and pint supplies cost near $2k when I mentioned I didn’t need it. Then when I have been low balled enough to sell the car towed you, you won’t even pay me for the value of engine. I understand you guys need to make money and it’s not a charity. But when I walk in to sell my car I get 3 and lowest quote to fix my car after I decided to sell to you. Communication surround the different quotes was unclear and felt like you took advantage of my wife and me to get the car. I hope you have a clear structured way to deliver quotes and better to have someone there when a client drives a 1.5 hours to meet them.

The service was exceptional from the initial estimate all the way to picking up the car. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair and how nice the car was cleaned up for us.
