His expertise, leadership, communication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the work being done. He clearly explained the estimate, walked me through the repair process, kept me informed with regular updates, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.He is professional, knowledgeable, and always greets you with a smile.Pam at the front desk was also excellent.She was welcoming, compassionate, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She coordinated my rental with Enterprise and made everything smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. The quality of the repair and finishing work was top-notch. I truly felt that my car was handled with care and pride. Everything was very smooth. Blake explained everything to me and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. I even had small nicks and chips of paint repaired and my vehicle looks great. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Crash Champions has repaired all of the cars in my family ( 2 daughters) and we’ve all been very happy with them. Hopefully I won’t have to come back, but if I do I know my vehicle will be in great hands!! Thanks much for a great job!!

They have a great team!! When I went to drop my car off, everything was explained to me, how the process would go, etc. Blake kept me informed of everything- cost, time of repair, and expect return date. They even had my car completed s day early, and it looked great! Blake didn’t let me leave the parking lot until he was sure everything worked and I was happy with the results!! I love them!! They are very dependable and do a great job!!

I was nervous coming in to your office(first time in 57 years) nothing like this has ever happened to me! A broken window and steering column know someone was trying to steal my vehicle.
