Dodds had our vehicle for 2 weeks and when we got the car back, the check engine light was on and a part was still in the bag inside the car. The completed work receipt also showed only 1 hour of labor. The next day the truck stalled on my husbands way to work twice. After having to get it towed again to Dodds, the manager called to say the damages didn’t seem to pertain to the claim and was reluctant to test it to see what was wrong.

No matter who I spoke with they were always so nice and kind. They reminded me about some commonly forgotten items when returning my rental/dropping off my car and I’m grateful for them taking that extra step to make sure I had everything. They were very personable and took care of everything.

The repair was not complete when I came to pick up. The person working on my car had not read the adjuster paperwork and I’m concerned that my under panel was not put on properly, but will not know until my next oil change.
