Well 1st off Lisa in the office through every stage.of the.process she even helps you with rental car process but to answer.the question what stuck out mostly to me other than the great job they did on my van was.the wide scope of jobs they are capable of ie I seen one of those large EV trucks.high end cars and they are very quick give me completion forecast and met it....prices were competitive ...they are really really experienced and just good group of people

I know it wasn’t their fault for the prolonged time. It was a little frustrating to have the car gone as long as it was. That was mostly due to their parts suppliers.

Fix Auto-Columbus did a great job on my car. My car was fixed quite earlier than expected, which made for a great experience..
