It's helpful to give folks several days after repairs to make sure that those repairs are solid. However, to date I am please with what has been completed and the care given by my service rep, Trent, with the exception of what still remains on my account to be completed. It's hard to give a complete rating when the work isn't finished.

The team was very considerate and kept us in the loop all along the way. Given the fact that I live 2hrs from the shop and my daughter is over an away the consistent communication was essential and I was very happy with the team.
