I was told over the phone that they would repair/replace all of the damaged windows, and I had mentioned that the passenger as well as back door windows had been gouged/scraped. They only repaired the one that was shattered. I definitely was expecting to see all of them repaired after being assured over the phone that they would be. Ignition and driver side window were replaced, which was enough to drive it home. Just bummed about the severe scrapes to the other windows.
