In less than a week, the sensors fell off (there are now just holes where the sensors are supposed to be). I have to return for them to be repaired next week.

Lisa at the front desk is very kind, quick to respond, and happy to help. She is not always the most organized. When I first had my car towed to caliber, there was miscommunication amongst the staff on where my keys were at and I was told they were unsure where they were at/if they had them. Also, I called the day before I was originally supposed to get my car back, I was told that day that it would be another 3 weeks. I wish I was told sooner and updated by the staff, rather than calling and finding out at 4pm the day before I thought I was supposed to get my car back. I appreciated that I was given help in covering a car rental once my insurance no longer covered it.
