The repair looks great- no problem there. When I brought it in for estimate the man said it was a small job, 3 or 4 days. I asked if I could bring it the week I was on vacation? He checked the book and said yes. When I called back that afternoon to schedule the drop off time, I was told things changed, now they can't do that week. So then I needed a rental. The job then took 9 days, which was a bit disappointing. They just seemed super busy. But....the repair looks great 👍🏼

Kenny was outstanding in explaining everything from the get-go. I appreciated the text updates and the walk around afterward from the GM. The door guard will be installed in 3 weeks, allowing the paint to season properly. I would highly recommend the Lewis Center location of Caliber Collision. The car looks beautiful.
