Kevin was absolutely amazing the entire time he worked with me very patiently explained everything very thoroughly, clearly, and supported me as much as he could in every way possible. He listened to all my requests and did his absolute best regardless of how complicated it was.. end result was something I couldn’t have asked for any better! 11/10 would recommend and go again.

I'd like to formally apologize to Kevin at Excite Collision Repair... because he completely ruined my ability to complain. I was fully prepared for the classic body shop experience: vague answers and developing a personal relationship with my rental car. Instead, Kevin kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and made the whole process suspiciously easy. My car came back looking brand new! My stress got buffed out, and my faith in collision repair has officially been realigned. Honestly, the only thing that didn't need fixing was Kevin's customer service.
