I was not happy as the preferred provider took four months to get my car done and then they tried to tell me it was done three different times when the work was not completed. After much conversation and frustration I finally was able to pick my car up and still have one issue not resolved.

The communication was great. They had to repaint the door twice. We had to take it back the same day we picked it up due to a clicking sound in the door when rolling the windows up and down. They fixed it though. Now I found a spot on the paint that needs looked at. It goes in next Wednesday. And there is a bunch of over spray (paint) on the driver side door glass.
