The communication was great. They had to repaint the door twice. We had to take it back the same day we picked it up due to a clicking sound in the door when rolling the windows up and down. They fixed it though. Now I found a spot on the paint that needs looked at. It goes in next Wednesday. And there is a bunch of over spray (paint) on the driver side door glass.

Rock chips were painted over instead of asking me. Looks ridiculous and now I will have to have it repaired somewhere else at double the price. If it was brought to my attention I would have paid to fix while the repair was being made. I can't believe this was painted over.

Repairs were longer that I expected but overall satisfied with the repairs other than the scratches under the hood plastic . I have not heard anything yet to see what you are going to do about it.
