Only reason this is not a "10" is due to having to take it back due to some mild mounting issue on the fender. However the secondary work was done quickly and without any difficulty and shop was a pleasure to deal with the whole time.

The start and completion were delayed multiple times and the excuse was always broken parts received. Seems like a dishonest excuse but I cannot be sure. What I am sure is that they gave me many delays and inconveniences. They are polite and nice to deal with but there were too many delays to be satisfied

I've checked the vehicle out thoroughly and found no dings or dents. There were no paint chips or cracks. Outside of the long wait due to all the people with hale damage I am completely satisfied with Coughlin's service.
