My original service agent Anthony left the company, Cecily took over in the middle of the process. She was very helpful in getting everything completed including getting parts ordered that I was told were already at the body shop. I was originally told that my need for a rental vehicle was fully covered due to warranty service. 3 weeks into the repairs, I was informed that would not be the case. I would have to pay out of pocket then submit the receipt to Stellantis for reimbursement.
