The 2 front desk ladies Debbie and Soffie(possibly incorrect name) were absolutely wonderful. I called several times and had several questions about timing and completion, and they were informative and courteous every step of the way. Carlos was the mechanic I spoke with. He made every effort to accommodate what I asked for in terms of repairs and dealing with my insurance company. The level of customer service was nothing short of outstanding and I would highly recommend Courtesy Toyota to anyone who's car shopping or in need of repairs.
