You listened. And you fixed my bumper really fast knowing I had time constraints. Plus you up graded my vehicle rental to a moni van at mo extra charge and told me I only needed to bring it back with a half tank of gas Which I did. All this because I had to wait a short time to get my rental vehicle. I had a very good experience. And would highly recommend your company. But yo you do need a better sign on your building. Just a fyi

Driver's side grill was loose. Left upper "cowling" above grill was mal aligned and it cost me personal time and money to wait to be told it would have to be kept overnight again. However, it seems short cuts were taken to save time and to pass it off without notice to the customer. If the work was done correctly and with pride the first time, perhaps I would have been happier with the the service. Maybe this could be brought up in whatever meetings you may have. I have been buying my automobiles from Courtesy Chevrolet for over 50 years, please tell me that your quality assurance has not lapsed this badly. Quality, pride and integrity should never be set aside for volume.

I have never been in an accident before and your team made me feel like i was in good hands.. from the moment i walked in the door.. greeted warmly by your receptionist to the very nice gentleman (can not remember his name) who made me feel at ease that he was going to make my car look exactly the way it was before i got hit!
