Can’t say enough about the guys at ANDY’S COLLISION - Cave Creek Phoenix. They made my repair go as smoothly as possible by being thorough in their assessment and completing the work. It wasn’t a big job, but they kept me very well informed as to the progress through to completion. I could not recommend Andi’s collision center enough! By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with anyone in respect to my car. Even the dealership I bought it at.

From start to finish, Andy’s Collision Center was, by far, the best experience I have ever had when dealing with my car. Their customer service and communication were absolutely impeccable. They coordinated directly with the rental car agency, making sure I could be picked up at Andy’s and taken to get my rental, and then allowing me to simply leave the rental with them when I came back to pick up my car. They made the entire process incredibly easy. Throughout the repairs, I received regular text updates letting me know exactly where things stood, along with an estimated timeframe for completion. If there was ever a question or something changed, they called me right away so it could be handled promptly. I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. And just as importantly, everyone I encountered was genuinely wonderful. Both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up, the staff was smiling, laughing, gracious, and kind. It felt like a place where people actually enjoy what they do and care about the people they’re helping. They took what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience and made it completely seamless. I seriously cannot recommend Andy’s Collision Center enough. Exceptional service from beginning to end!

My front bumper and the left side of my car looked terrible. Found Andy's through progressive, and they had my car back to me within the estimated time frame, my car looking brand new. The staff are accommodating and friendly, but most importantly, they fixed my car and did it in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their car fixed.
