With no one in the lobby and nobody seem to be doing anything I waited to long to get my vehicle. Then got attitude from the receptionist when I asked why I had to wait so long when all they needed to do was give me my keys

This was the best experience that I have ever had when it came to repairs or maintenance on my car. Ben and Melissa were top tier when it came to customer service and explaining the process. They were very personable, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Camelback Collision also did a fantastic job with keeping me updated on the status of repairs. My car looks brand new. I love it! The reps at Enterprise also did a great job with the level of service that I recieved. Thank you!!!

The repair is beautiful. The only complaint I would have is that it rained the day I picked up my car and the bumper polish/protect that made things look so shiny and new now has weird streaks. But that’s the weathers fault. Can’t control the rain.
