The side view mirrors do not adjust( but a part is being ordered to repair it), the car is dirty/dusty inside and out - i would have expected it to be clean when I picked it up; there is a scratch on the trunk lid that wasn’t there when I dropped it off; there are spots on the passenger side seat that were not there when I dropped it off.

I’m very upset about the person who messed up my car while being in the hands of the dealership collision repair. They broke something inside my car. I had to wait a whole hour to have them fix what was broken!

They did not replace all the broken parts, somebody scratched my door and tried to cover it up with touch up paint and pass it off like it never happened.
