I feel like the repair fee was inflated which delayed the repair process in getting our vehicle returned to us in a timely manner. They could’ve completed a light cleaning of our vehicle before returning it to us to show appreciation for our business. Lastly, I requested multiple times to have our vehicle sent over for an oil change at the dealership while they had it in repair for 2 weeks and I was told miltiple times by our rep that this would be taken care of. This did not happen as I was told and now we are for ed to return on our own time to get this completed a day after driving all the way there to retrieve our vehicle.

Took over two months and 5 weeks of that was trying to repair my brake system. Used parts installed without me knowing that failed. No sense of urgency.

The collision center missed a coolant hose which caused the car to overheat. Collision center did have the car towed and made the needed repairs.

Robert was absolutely amazing. Kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on and the entire repair actually took less time than he estimated so I really have to thank him for that. It looked absolutely brand new, and my car was cleaner than when I gave it to them.

The account should be under the name Gary Gilbert. I was not communicated with. I had to track my vehicles progress on my own. I was told that my car would be ready one day. Then that didn’t happen, but it would be ready by noon the next day. Then that didn’t happen. People have a lot going on and schedules should be respected - communication is important.
