Jorge was great, very professional and efficient. Woman at the front desk had a problem contacting âhertzâ rental car (State Farmâs preference) for me ... I ended up doing it myself while waiting for her. She did offer an alternate: âenterpriseâ (I suspect Courtesy has a relationship with enterprise) She did arrange a ride to hertz camelback / 9th Ave with a friendly courtesy staff member, also a good experience. The whole job was done much quicker than I expected - guess Courtesy did not have to wait for the replacement piece more than a day. All good would recommend your body shop in the future.
