Just waiting on insurance for reminder of repairs

The collision repairs were excellent. The vehicle was returned dirty though. The exterior was dirty but it was raining the last few days. However the inside, drivers door handle was covered in a dark grime. It appeared as if someone with a dirty sweaty hand used the handle and did not clean it after. My interior is a beige leather and so the dark grime is clearly visible and difficult to clean. That is my only concern. Otherwise I was satisfied with the repairs and the customer service provided by the person assigned to me.

There was 1 âhiccupâ. My truck has a shield on the hood that had to be replaced. This is something that Courtesy Chevrolet sends out the truck to have done. The first try at it was terrible. George, in the collision center, saw it and immediately agreed that it was not like the one I had on the hood, and NOT acceptable! He had it redone and it is now perfect!! Many thanks to George. Thanks to Janet, who helped coordinate a loaner vehicle for me, and helped a bunch getting my invoice paid from the car wash that paid for the damages!! Courtesy rocks!!
