This was the final straw that broke the camel's back to guarantee I will no longer do business with Courtesy. It is sad because I use to purchase vehicles at Courtesy only. The last 2 to 3 years has changed that. I also wanted an oil change while it was there, cp uldnt figure out how to get an oil change in a month. Also wanted a spot on bed to be painted, no quote no work done on it. ~Tom Tardy

I really liked that I was kept informed every step of the way and it didn't take very long to get the work done. When I got my car back it looked great like nothing ever happened. Next time I go to buy a car I'm definitely going to check out courtesy first

The staff were courteous and efficient- no complaints. However- I was initially directed to the body shop for an estimate. When I returned with an appt for the work- it seems that written estimate meant little. I was told many charges had been overlooked. How does that happen?
