My car was INCREDIBLY dusty on the inside from being in the shop for 3 weeks, and when I picked it up I had to put my 6 month old baby inside. Just spent my entire morning cleaning/wiping/vacuuming out the inside. There were a few minor spots that were overlooked and not noticed until I was cleaning my car this morning after picking it up yesterday. Where my headlight was put in, the paint was scratched off above it. The rubber guard inside my passenger door was supposed to be fixed and it isn’t completely on all of the way. And there is a little spot above the rear door wear the paint gloss has two air bubbles very small like a cm. Overall at pick up I was happy everything was fixed and excited to get back into my own vehicle. The customer service was great the whole time my car was in the shop.

I really appreciate the quality work done to repair my vehicle. It looks great! My service advisor (Ireland) was very good about communicating through the process which helped mitigate my anxiety about having time get work done on my car.

The entire experience was painless, Jorge and receptionist were so friendly and attentive; I was taken aback. The Lyft ride to the rental car lessened a load of stress b4 work. Jorge gave the best price on fixing mirror at my expense. The text updates were really great too. While I hope not to need your services, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for kindness in a cold world.
