Power mirror replacement was missed, two minor dents in brand new driver side door upon car pickup, manual release cable for car charging port is pulled through the bumper and dangling out of the port when it should be under the hood. Have to take car back for further repairs due to these issues.

Counter lady that was present on day of drop off was unprofessional. When calling into collision center, unprofessionalism carried through to phone interactions (tone, manner of speaking).

Car squeaks really loud in reverse, it never did that. I don’t feel like my car was properly looked over and now I have bigger issues.
