I went in met with Ireland , she was patient & courteous and explained everything about my repair & that I would be provided with a car rental until the repair was finished. Vehicle looks great and drives smoothly after the alignment. I did notice that the drivers rear window is no longer rolling down and I will have to bring it back to have this fixed. It took 2 more weeks than I was quoted which wasn’t a big deal, just something I wish I knew when making plans.

Vehicle is having electrical problems now. took 2 weeks longer than expected. but I'm not upset about it. it's just a bit of a hassle to have to bring the vehicle back, check out a rental, go thru the whole process just to fix the electrical issues

I waited 3 hours while they tried to fix it when they told me it was ready. And you guys should not recommended lifetime window replacement it added a whole other hassle.
