My car was sideswiped and went to Courtesy for repairs. They replaced my drivers side door and repaired the back door as well as the bumper area. It all looks and works great. They were very communicative throughout the process, so it was a very good experience.

It took about 25 days to get my vehicle fixed but the communication was great. My car looks great and is running great too. I do wish they would have washed my car thoroughly when I picked it up. Other than that the experience was good.

Repairs took longer than expected, however, you discounted the deductible for extra rental car costs. I very much appreciated this from the dealership.
