Mike was great. I love the idea of the text messages, but I got one that said my car was done when it wasn't. That was a little confusing which meant I was still calling you get a status.

Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Their attention to detail is impeccable. There isnât any evidence that my truck was ever worked on and left the shop cleaner than it was the day I bought it.

I was very reluctant to use this shop because I didnât know anyone who had work done on their car by them. Insurance company staff assured me that my satisfaction would be quaranteed. I was extremely pleased when I went to pick up my car it was sparkling!!! Tires were also shining. My friends who heard about my accident checked over the car thoroughly & couldnât tell where exactly the repairs were done. GREAT JOB!!! Very effortless experience since the body shop arranged for car rental agent to be there when I dropped my car off. Thanks So Much!!!!
