Repair was fine - did not like the fact that I had to pick up a rental prior to parts being ordered & your tech broke my tailgate which was an added expense for my insurance company - no wonder insurance rates are high!

Process took about 3-4 weeks longer than we were told but over all happy with the repair. Only other things was maybe more communication on what was going on. I had to call weekly to find out progress.
