The vehicle they want to get me was old. It was 2009 and had 113,000 mile on it. It was pretty bad. Told them they need to retire this one. Got a car though my insurance instead.

Only disappointment was an unexpected wait for a cable on national back order delaying return of our vehicle. We had been told all parts were secured before bringing vehicle in, but this part wasn’t included in that even though we said the front camera was non-functional after the accident.
