Excellent experience. The manager, Shawn, was easy to talk to. Received regular updates by text and as well a couple of phone calls. We were well informed of the process without it being an annoyance. Our car was returned as promised, looking better than it has in years. This was a way better experience than the past 4 repairs done locally. The first 2 repairs done were with the 2 different large chain shops locally called Caliber. Both times with Caliber the results were disappointing so I tried a small local company. The first experience with the other small shop was good, the 2nd time was not. I’m not surprised to find they went out of business. But back to Craft, I’m very happy to have found Craft Automotive this time and highly recommend them to anyone in North County.
