I was extremely impressed with Craft's communication and work. I damaged my F150 Lightning and struggled to find anyone willing to work on it. Evidently, body shops don't want to touch electric vehicles. It looked like going to Magic City Ford was my only solution, but considering they took 2 weeks to do a simple service, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with them again. The damage hadn't effected the electric drive system, so Craft quoted the repair, said they would get the vehicle in the following Monday and finish by that Wednesday. They met this schedule exactly. The communication throughout the repair was great, and the quality of the rebuild is excellent. I hope I don't need to utilize their service anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'll go.
