The repair took a little longer than they originally thought because they found additional damage. They informed me immediately and gave me a new timetable. They were very good about communicating updates regularly. I also have to give them credit for going above and beyond. On the day that I left my car there I inadvertently left my lunch in it. They had a team member bring it to me at my office. That was incredible! Additionally, my car was returned to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Those small details are what makes all the difference when it comes to customer service and referrals. Every person I engaged with was professional and kind.

Just picked up the car today and so far it seems like everything was fixed to standards. My only complaint would be the length of time it took due to parts not being ordered. Perhaps the nature of the business doesn’t allow technicians to plan for all necessary parts but if parts could be planned for the repair wouldn’t have taken so long. Communication was good and straightforward. Overall, would recommend Craft Collisions.

Your systems are excellent but the actual work in the car disappointed us. There is still overspray from poor taping on an area and most disappointing is that now we have spend 1200 to replace the air bag modular which never was an issue before you all gave our car back.

I appreciate the constant updates. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner other than the delay on the headlight which was no fault of their own. Looks like everything went back together as it should have and the paint job was flawless. I would recommend Craft Collision to friends and family for their collision repair needs.
