Kyle and the staff at Craft provide the highest level of customer service. I have not been through an accident before where insurance was involved and repairs needed to be made. Kyle and his team were very professional, over communicated, answered all my questions, and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. I was very happy with the service. My car looks amazing.

Quite honestly, I was awestruck the whole entire time because the customer service was beyond belief. Especially the unique manner in which I was kept completely in the loop as my SUV moved thru the different phases of completion. Great job guys!!!

I appreciate the constant updates. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner other than the delay on the headlight which was no fault of their own. Looks like everything went back together as it should have and the paint job was flawless. I would recommend Craft Collision to friends and family for their collision repair needs.
