It took four days to complete my repair. When I got there to pick it up it was there was buffing that had been missed and had to be taken back in shop to fix. There are scratches on my vehicle that were not there when I dropped off, looks like where they put fender back on. dirt inside on floor and molding where there got in car... I tried to explain my concerns with manager but he seemed to dismiss me regarding the scratches. Your ship was referred by insurance and I certainly will take it to them as a concern as well. My car is a brand new vehicle and I know the scratched were not on the vehicle prior to leaving it there.

This was the most up to date high quality service I personally have ever experienced. All I did was drop my truck off come back in a few days and pick up my truck that looked flawless while being updated constantly on the progress. On a 1 to 10 I rate my experience 11. Thanks again!!!

When my car was returned I found my gas barely on, my windshield wiper fluid not working due to something being unplugged, makes me concerned if wonder what other issues will pop up
