We had to point out damage not included on supplements to car insurance. They were on initial estimate, but not identified or a comparison done to ensure everything on initial estimate had been repaired. Upon picked there is still a dent in the hatch. Sun has to hit just right. Outside of this the staff was great to work with and good communication as to status.

The work on the car that was looks very good. Finishing touches. I am displaced with when you only replaced one headlight. I wish the option would’ve been to buy the other one out right out of my own pocket and have a matching headlight on the driver side, so I would not have to disassemble the grill and everything else. It was already disassembled to install a new headlight and it would provide a better value for me. The pinstriping that was replaced on the passenger side looks excellent. Nobody may mention of having the pinstripe redone on the driver side, which I would’ve paid for to have it match both sides. This way it looks like a half a car. I am dissatisfied with the communication about the opportunity to have my car look the same on both sides. Next time I’m in need of a body shop I may think critically and LONG before I choose your body shop again it’s the quality work is very good but a small details of having a matching pinstripe or a matching headlights and not being obvious that vehicle was an accident stick out very well too.
