The car repair was estimated to be completed March 6 but it took longer, probably due to the note I left on the paper that State Farm would pay and that perhaps delayed it. The shop was extremely nice in that we arrived after 5 to pick up the car and they still helped us. They could have been closed and we would have to return before 5 PM the next business day, so that was extremely helpful. And also, the body shop explained it was better to go thru my insurance and let the insurances clear things up and then I'd be reimbursed.

Front bumper got shredded, and was replaced with a new bumper. The corner indicators that got knocked off in the crash weren't replaced because "they weren't there in the insurance pics." While the paint was complete and matched, it's uneven and wavy with notable dirt and debris in it. While I think the quarter panel was straightened out, it's hard to tell because the hood was just left bent. The headlights were replaced, but still needed realignment. The mechanical issue wasn't addressed at all, and my car now reeks like an ashtray.

My car was hit in a parking lot, that person’s insurance attempted to steer me to one of their approved shops but having been pleased with Craft Collision in past, I chose them to have the work done. I received text updates as my car moved thru the repair process and am extremely pleased with this entire experience. Craft Collision Roanoke is a first class operation with amazing staff to match. I would never use another body shop!
