I had a great experience at Craft Collision from start to finish. The work came out better than expected and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Kyle and Jeremy — both were extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done properly, not rushed. You can tell they take pride in their work. Best experience with a body shop I’ve ever had. The initial estimate was scheduled and completed in just a few minutes upon arrival. Scheduled repairs were only 2 weeks out and when dropping off the vehicle the were ready for me and got started right away. Daily updates on progress keeping me in the loop. Once finished I came and checked it out and found a small issue and they took responsibility and corrected it within two days. They were fast, efficient, always in communication and the work looks great.

I was pleased with the results on my Subaru Ascent. The craft collision company kept me up to date on their progress. Looks like new.
