Excellent customer service from Angie, James - my technician was courteous and thoroughly answered my questions without rushing me, updates on my car were made in a timely manner, clean facility, car was completed before original promised time, as a bonus my car was washed and the tires were glossy

was great except when they asked me to contact insurance company in order to finalize and pick up my car. never been told to do that, the body shop usually communicates with the adjuster once car is dropped off.

The liner inside of my car fell off as I got on the road. Now I have to take it back to the shop and beg them to repair it. They told me that my vehicle was going to be completed before the expected date that they had in mind. I went a week before and here we are now. I guess they were rushing to complete my car and now I have to take it back.
