Very upset to see when I got home that on the driver's front side there is drops of some type of cement. Looks splattered and one drop looked as if someone tried to scrape it off, which removed the paint. I honestly thought it was dirt. I already know that if I take my car back that it will be said that it happened after I left. Also where would this type of material come from. I also know that camera's will show the person washing my car trying to remove it Its dishonest to give my car back like this and hoping I wouldn't notice. I will let my insurance co know and how unhappy I am with the dishonesty.

Everything was satisfactory except for the estimate. You provided me with a written price, but after I left the car, the amount was increased because additional damage was found behind the bumper. I was not informed that the estimate could change.
