My car went in with the side mirrors working and after they fixed the electrical issue with the park assist that was damaged after the accident, the left passenger side mirrors working does not move or close. It does not work. We immediately reported this to Richard from Collision and we hope he fixes the issue.

The communication throughout this process was very disappointing. I had to call several times just to obtain updates on the status of my vehicle. Additionally, when an additional fee was incurred, it was never communicated to me beforehand. I was only informed after the work had already been completed. Zoe initially left me a voicemail, but when I returned her call, one of the ladies who answered the telephone displayed a poor attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, Zoe also seemed bothered and inconvenienced by having to take my call. Overall, the communication, professionalism, and customer service I experienced were far below expectations.
