Staff from manger to rep was very condescending . Wanted to put me in a more expensive rental because they did not want to move a car blocking the more inexpensive car. Would not send me copy of preliminary estimate claiming my insurance wouldn't let them, I called my insurance and they confirmed that the shop was wrong.
