CRAIGS was fantastic from start to finish. At the accident scene the police called a tow truck and it happened to be Craig’s that was on their list. The driver was courteous and walked me through the claims process. The accident was at 6 AM. He took me over to the shop, gave me a tour, and we sat around for an hour or so until enterprise opened. He drove me over and got enterprise to put me into a car even though I didn’t have a high enough rental limit for anything on their lot at the time. Fast forward 10 days my truck never looked so good. My insurance really was pushy to go to caliber and I can’t imagine getting better service from any other shop. Side note the caliber they sent me too was 2 blocks from my house. They literally leave cars up and down Cottman ave while Craig’s has a massive fenced in yard. Bonus points because Sheila is the best ever .
