I was traveling through Philly and only spent one night. I woke up to all 4 of my tires being stolen and it turned out an extensive amount of damage to the under carriage. The tow truck was a scam and probably in cahoots with the thieves. I felt I couldn’t trust anybody, not even the national hotel I stayed in. I chose Evolution to have my car towed from the scammers to get what I thought would only be my tires replaced because of their high ratings and reviews. I’m so glad I made that decision because they were my touchstone during the nearly 2 months my car was being repaired. Erika, was my contact during that time and she was always available to me through text. She always immediately informed me of every step, delay and new damage discoveries and replied immediately to my texts. It took so long because of insurance delays. If it were up to Evolution I would have got my car back much sooner. When I finally did pick up my car she looked shiny and new like she had a spa day. They had washed her and even detailed her. I’ve had her back for over a week now and she is running like a champ. I was afraid with so much having to be replaced there was bound to have been a misstep but she runs perfectly!! If there was a higher rating than 10 I would rate hire. This was my best auto repair experience of my life. I wish they were in my area of the country because they would be my life-time go-to.

Man what nice people, good price and excellent work.They got rid of the rust by removing the windshield. Also its a surprisingly big shop. I give them a 10+. I also would refer them to anyone I know. And this is the 2nd time using them.
