Flawless work! I was towed in following an accident on Friday night. Saturday morning I received a call from Dan to file a claim and arrange a rental. By noon I was in a rental car and back to normal. Monday the shop promptly sent an estimate to my insurance company and the following Monday my car was fixed. It was detailed and better than before the accident! Thanks Craig's!

I have several reasons for my dissatisfaction as I explained to Dan when he called. First, the color of some replaced parts does not match the car's existing parts. Second, you didn't repair the scrape on the front bumper. Third, whoever removed the driver's door panel damaged the unlock button.
