as someone who is brand new to owning a tesla and having little to no expectations on the duration of how long my car would take to get worked on i couldnt be more thankful for how transparent they were and how fast they had my car done! i dropped my vehicle off on a monday at 4pm and picked it up that same week on friday by 4pm, couldnt have asked for better customer service or a faster mechanic. they definitely gained a customer after this visit!

Very smooth process. Great customer service in front office with Candace, Crystal + Stephanie. All very knowledgeable/helpful. Car looks beautiful….stellar workmanship….spoke with young man who worked on car…very professional (name?)….glad to have my ‘wheels’ back….

I especially liked that the technician who worked on my vehicle went over repairs/results at pickup. Do not remember his name but appreciated his expert work on my vehicle+explanation of process. Area affected blends perfectly. Cat sparkling when I picked it up.

Only issue. My right rear tire sensor came on when I was rear ended. When the car was repaired and returned to me, the sensor light has come back on.
